Introducing Our New Dinner Concept at The Wentworth

The Wentworth’s newest dining concept focuses solely on locally grown produce, fruits and vegetables from New Hampshire (many grown in our own Wentworth garden due to the hard work and dedication of Irina), the freshest fish from the coast of Maine, meat and poultry from local farms in the New England area and New England cheeses.  This practice guarantees the freshest meats, vegetables and seafood for our guests.  Brian Gazda and his team have been working on this menu for some time, visiting local farms and setting up deliveries.

Tomato Bisque Recipe

Everytime someone leaves our award winning dining room we always here the same thing…..”I wish I could have that recipe”.  Our Chef, Brian Gazda has done just that.  The Wentworth has taken some favorites off our dining room menu and will be posting some recipes throughout the months.  This week is his Smokey Tomato Bisque.  If I can be honest, I’m not very big on tomato soup, but this bisque is out of this world.  Delicious!!

Our award winning chef, Brian Gazda, has outdone himself yet again.  Our new spring dining room menu has recently been updated and added to our website.  Our appetizers are mouth-watering and the soups and salads are light and refreshing.  Be sure to check out the entrees as well while visiting our site.  From the lamb, to  beef, to seafood, pasta and chicken, there is something there for everyone to enjoy.
